1. General Information

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printful, Inc.. Products are made to order and are not pre-stocked.

Once an order is placed, production begins automatically. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not be possible after order confirmation.


2. Production Time

Each product is custom-made after your order is placed.

  • Production time typically ranges from 2–7 business days
  • Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonality

During peak periods (e.g. holidays), production times may be longer.


3. Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • United States: approx. 3–7 business days
  • Europe: approx. 5–10 business days
  • International: approx. 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country
  • product type and weight
  • selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.


5. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This is because different products may be produced in different fulfillment centers.


6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We may request photo evidence and will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Depending on the case, a replacement or refund may be issued.


10. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • strikes
  • pandemics
  • carrier delays
  • supply chain disruptions
