Orders

How long does order processing take?

All products are made to order. Production usually takes between 2–5 business days before shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since orders go directly into production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and shipping updates.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

Some items may be shipped separately because they are produced in different fulfillment centers.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA & Canada: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 14 days and we will help investigate the issue.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because all products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size selection
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Can I exchange my product for another size?

We currently do not offer size exchanges for print-on-demand products. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering.


Products

Are the product colors exactly the same as shown online?

Colors may vary slightly depending on:

  • screen settings
  • lighting
  • printing process
  • fabric materials

Minor variations are normal in print-on-demand production.

How should I wash my apparel?

For best results:

  • wash inside out
  • use cold water
  • avoid bleach
  • tumble dry low or air dry
  • do not iron directly on the print

Is my payment information secure?
