1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable laws.
However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order or personalized.
Since all products offered in our store are produced individually after an order is placed (print-on-demand), a right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- you ordered the wrong size
- you changed your mind
- you do not like the product
Please make sure to check product descriptions, sizing charts, and product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
- You must provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner Printful and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Return Address
Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unsolicited returns may not be accepted or processed.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
